Omega-3 Supplementation Effectiveness Questioned by New Study

These findings will throw a spanner into the nutrition world. ⠀
⠀
As you will find however, it does not show that it will worsen the effect either. So people don’t necessarily have to stop. But like many other supplements, it may be money wasted.⠀
Food sources of Omega 3, such as fish, are less known if they have a cardio-protective effect as they were unable to find enough suitable studies that took into account fish intake vs supps. ⠀
