High Protein Diet Shown to Reduce Risk of Alzheimer’s

High-protein diets rich in fish, meat and nuts may help to stave off Alzheimer’s disease later in life, new research from Edith Cowan University suggests.

The study found a link between high protein intake and lower levels of dangerous protein in the brain, but more research is needed to better understand what is behind this relationship.
